The largest age group for both male and female is the 40 - 59 years group. Also of note is the small proportion of children/young adults living in the village.

At present only three households have someone in need of alternative accommodation (seven people in total). Five of these people are in need now, one person will be in need in the next three years and one in 4 -10 years time. Of the three households in need now, two are already on the Housing Needs Register.

"Limited building of new homes for local people at affordable prices, with sympathetic architecture to the village."

"We need new young blood in this village. Rentals/ shared ownership homes could lead to a shifting community, whereas low cost homes for sale would encourage people to stay."
