- the quality of specialist health provisions

- improved leisure facilities will benefit the community

- local requirement for dentist and optician
- the siting of sewage works and provision of water
- availability of Lyn Down Tip
- parking, signing and cleanliness in the area
- lack of productivity of Lynton and Lynmouth Council
- the importance of bus services
There is passionate support by our community for many of the issues this appraisal has
highlighted. Our future is in our own hands. We must not neglect this opportunity and must make
