11.CONCLUSION AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Community Appraisal was designed to give everyone an opportunity to express an opinion on a range of issues within the Town and the good response demonstrates the immense interest that people have in local affairs. Thanks are due to the people who generously gave up their time to develop, deliver and collect the Questionnaires and to those who formulated this action plan. They are:
- Members of the Appraisal Steering Group
- Friends of the Steering Group who helped to deliver and collect the questionnaires
- Members of the Community Council of Devon for their help and guidance and to South Hams District Council, Devon County Council, European Regional Development Fund, National Lotteries Charities Board, and the Department of Health for grant-aiding the project.
- Finally thanks to everyone in Kingsbridge who responded so magnificently to the Appraisal
Remember the Town Council will only be able to implement the recommendations in this Appraisal with the help and co-operation of local people, local organisations and statutory agencies.
