Thank you to all those Feniton residents who took the time to put pen to paper and fill out the Feniton Appraisal questionnaire. Without your co-operation and interest in what we are all trying to achieve we couldn't have got this far.

However, we are only on the first step of the ladder.

If we continue with the same spirit of commitment we can achieve a great deal in terms of the changes wanted and needed in Feniton.

The report shows the results from the questionnaire, which was delivered to 810 households, with 395 being completed and returned.

A big thank you is due to:

• all those involved in the initial steering group, which was elected at the first public meeting, held in January 1998
• Sue Murphy from the Community Council of Devon, and Di Mears at Social Services, for guidance and practical help.
