21. RELIGION

In response to the question - Is the Church/Chapel important to you? – people replied as follows:

122 considered Church/Chapel important for Baptisms/Weddings/Funerals

116 considered Church/Chapel important as an historic building

115 considered every village/parish should have a Church/Chapel

22. RECYCLING REFUSE

The vast majority of people (94%) would be prepared to keep certain items separate from their refuse for recycling if a separate collection was made.

‘Please!!'

Recommendation:

  1. Parish Councils to investigate the possibility of separate collections for certain items of refuse, by contacting the appropriate Bodies or Agencies.
  2. Parish Councils to give greater publicity to recycling facilities and the benefits of recycling.
