All Devon County Council employees should undergo an annual competency based appraisal to review performance, training needs and career interests.
Devon County Council offers a range of in-house training programmes designed specifically for employee development needs. These range from key skills (e.g. numeracy and literacy), management development and qualifications (e.g. NVQs).
Whatever your needs as an employee, there should be a training programme or course for you. If not external options will be considered.
