The recession is hitting people and businesses hard
Devon’s economy is particularly vulnerable in times of downturn
Our roads and infrastructure need repair and development
The road maintenance backlog is £220 million, with recent severe weather causing more damage
Climate change affects us all
Strong leadership is required to tackle pollution, reduce using natural resources and over reliance on landfill
Devon’s schools are not fairly funded and there are skills shortages in some parts of the county
Government funding for our schools is the 4th lowest in the country!
