At its Annual Meeting 26 May 2011 the Council elected Councillor Jeremy Yabsley as Chairman of the County Council. Councillor Yabsley represents the South Molton Rural Electoral Division
Councillor Ray Radford who represents Willand and Uffculme Electoral Division was elected Vice Chairman
