Course Information

A Course Information Sheet gives you information about the level of the course, what will be covered during the course, the type of qualification (if applicable) that can be gained through your course and requirements for the course (including material costs).

Supported Learning

We understand that sometimes you may need extra support to aid your learning. If you have a disability, language support requirements, learning difficulties or anything else you feel you may need support with, please let us know during enrolment or at any point in your course. We will put you in contact with one of our friendly Learning Support Co-ordinators who are there to support you in your learning needs.

Once you have chosen your course there are several ways to enrol:

On Line

You can now enrol On Line for many of our courses through Course Finder. Check the Registration details at the bottom of the Course Information pages to see if On Line enrolment is available for the course of your choice.

Then all you need is a Credit or Debit card and a valid email address to continue with your enrolment. - Your information is protected in accordance with Data Protection principles.

MyDevon will be able to take payment (Debit or Credit Card ONLY) and book you onto most courses over the phone. If for any reason they are unable to book you onto a course they will refer you to a centre.

"My Devon" are open between 8am and 8pm on weekdays or between 9am and 1pm on Saturdays

In Person

Call into your local centre with your completed booking form. Payment can be by credit / debit card, cheque or cash.

By Post:

Please send your completed booking form* with payment to your your local centre (payment by cheque only).

Cheques should be made payable to Devon County Council with your name, the course code and course title written on the reverse.
NB: Please do not send cash or Credit/Debit card details via post.

You will receive confirmation that you are booked on the course via post or email.

Paying By Instalment

Where course fees exceed £125 you can pay by instalments.

Note: you are liable for the full fee and failure to meet this may result in exclusion from the course or cancellation of the enrolment.

If you refuse to settle outstanding fees DACL may

• Seek legal recourse to the settlement of the fees
• Refuse entry to examinations
• Refuse entry to further courses supplied by DACL
