Devon Trading Standards Service has introduced the CustomerFirst Scheme in an attempt to promote the highest standards of trading in the County of Devon.

Businesses who become members of the Scheme will undertake to operate their business in a legal, honest and fair way. They will also offer a customer - friendly service and respond to complaints in a constructive manner.

CustomerFirst and Buy With Confidence merger news

December has seen a significant step forward in the merger of the South West’s CustomerFirst Scheme with the South East’s good trader scheme Buy With Confidence, which will create one of the largest schemes in the country. As well as continuing to be listed on the CustomerFirst website members of the scheme are currently being added to listings on the www.buywithconfidence.gov.uk website.

Bath and North East Somerset has joined CustomerFirst

Bath & North East Somerset Council’s Trading Standards team has just launched the CustomerFirst Scheme and 23 members have already been signed up.
