Street Cafés
If you would like to provide seating facilities outside your premises you will need to obtain permission from the County Council. Please read the Conditions and Notes for Guidance 
(148KB - pdf help) and select the online Street Café Application Form. Your application will be dealt with by your nearest Area Highway Management Office.
The cost of a new Street Cafe licence is £170 and the annual renewal fee is £85.
