Seasonal Decorations
If you would like to place a short-term temporary seasonal decorations above or on the highway you will need to obtain permission from the County Council. Please select the online Seasonal Decorations Application Form or print off and complete the Seasonal Decoration Application Form 
(30KB - pdf help) and send it by post to your nearest Area Highway Management Office.
