Planting
In certain circumstances the planting of trees, shrubs etc in the highway is permitted but a licence needs to be obtained first from the County Council. Please read the Conditions and Notes for Guidance 
(54KB - pdf help) and select the online Planting Application Form. Your application will be dealt with by your nearest Area Highway Management Office.
