Do you qualify for the Scheme?
Most post 16 students who wish to attend North Devon College, Bideford Community College or Ilfracombe Community College will be able to buy a Smartcard if they are:
- Aged over 16 years
- Attending either North Devon College, Bideford Community College or Ilfracombe Community College
- Live more than three miles from their designated college
- Attending college for two or more days per week
- Attending a day time course
