Social Services' payments to residential and nursing homes
When it is agreed that Devon Adult & Coummunity Services need to assist you financially in meeting the fees of a residential care or nursing home, then we enter into a contract with you and the chosen home.
There are different rates agreed between Devon Adult & Community Services and the various homes, depending on the level of care you need. Definitions of each banding can be found by following the links for each level.
The following rates apply from 6 April 2011:
