The School Organisation Plan was one of seven Statutory Plans repealed by the Children's Act 2004. The 2004 - 2008 Plan is therefore the last one to be published under Statutory requirements. The Children's Act  2004 also requires Children Services Authorities to prepare and publish a Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP).
