Children's Rights

The Children and Young People's Services Directorate has an advocacy contract with the Children's Society to ensure that all looked-after children aged 10 or over in its care have access to an independent and confidential service.

The Devon Children's Rights & Representation Service strives to promote the rights of children and young people, aged 10 - 21 who are looked-after by Children and Young People's Services.

Devon Children's Rights & Representation Service can be contacted direct by children and young people over 10 years of age and who are looked-after by Children and Young People's Services.
