Christmas Past - entry formHoliday on Ice - MysteryWould you like to WIN a portable DVD player (just right for watching those DVDs borrowed from the library!) OR a family ticket to see Holiday on Ice at Westpoint Arena, Exeter? Well here's your chance!

As you know I've been 'Digging the Past' this year on The Zone and whilst I was mooching around the Devon Record Office, I came across a huge list of food bought by Sir Edward and Lady Arabella Wise in 1656. I'm told that this lot would have cost more than what most people back then earnt in a whole year!

Portable DVD PlayerFor your chance to win a prize just print-off and complete my Christmas Past wordsearch image - PDF icon (96KB - pdf help) telling me which food or drink item is NOT featured in the grid.

Hand your completed entry form into your library or post it to me, M@x c/o Library HQ, Great Moor House, Bittern Road, Sowton, Exeter, EX2 7NL.

The closing date is 31st January 2009.

The portable DVD player pictured here is just an example. The prize may be a different model.

Libraries have lots of DVD promotions running throughout December and January and if you're not a library member, you can enter a special draw to win a blu-ray disc player! DVDs can only be loaned on an adult ticket - so make sure you take mum or dad along with you next time you visit the library.

The Guinness Book of World Records has officially recognised Holiday on Ice as the world's most visited ice show with an incredible 320 million visitors in its 65 year history.

Olympic standard, international skaters perform dazzling routines on and above the ice, with bold, aerial acrobatics and amazing lifts - sounds like exciting stuff!
