Local Information
Your local library is a great source of information about the area where you live:
- Posters and leaflets promoting local events and activities
- Details of local organisations, clubs and societies
- Information about local services including bus timetables
- Sources of information about the history of your area
- Ordnance survey maps, street maps, and local development plans
Note on electoral registers
Following changes in legislation, most libraries no longer receive a copy of the electoral register. If you wish to consult the register please contact the Electoral Registration Office at your local District Council.
