Devon Registration Service Booking Terms and Conditions
DEVON REGISTRATION SERVICE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit MUST be paid to secure a booking, £20 for registration office ceremonies, £50 for an approved premise ceremony.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF FEES:
The balance must be paid at least 12 weeks before the date of your ceremony. In the case of bookings made within 12 weeks of the proposed date full payment is required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. If a booking is cancelled the following charges will apply:
8 weeks or more before the date of the ceremony – the deposit (£50 for an approved premise, £20 for registration offices)
3 – 8 weeks before the date of the ceremony – 50% of the total ceremony fee.
3 weeks before or less before the date of the ceremony – 100% of the total ceremony fee.
You may wish to consider taking out an appropriate insurance policy in case your ceremony has to be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.
AMENDMENTS:
A ceremony amendment fee of £10 is chargeable for any changes to the date or time of your ceremony.

Statutory ceremony (2 guests, 15 mins) £45
Enhanced ceremony (full capacity of ceremony room, up to 25 mins) £100
Approved venue:
Monday to Friday(marriage or civil partnership) £375
Saturday (marriage or civil partnership) £400
Sunday / Bank Holiday (marriage or civil partnership) £450
Celebratory services:
registration office Monday – Friday £100
registration office Saturday £150
approved venue Monday – Friday £200
approved venue Saturday £250
approved venue Sunday / Bank Holiday £300
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE FEES ARE SUBJECT TO INCREASE ON 1ST APRIL EACH YEAR
