Devon County Council

Barnstaple Civic Centre is the County Council’s principal office base in North Devon. It is also the Headquarters of North Devon District Council, Magistrates and the County Courts.

The Civic Centre provides a range of conference or meeting rooms for hire at very competitive rates. There are both short and long stay, pay and display car parks nearby. Disabled visitor parking is available at the Civic Centre by prior arrangement.
