NB: In accordance with the Council s Constitution the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of this

Committee must be a County Councillor.

3. Minutes of the previous meeting held on 1 April 2010 (Page 1).

4. Items Requiring Urgent Attention

Items which in the opinion of the Chairman should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency.

5. Future Meetings of the Committee

Dates approved with the County Council Calendar:

Th 11 November 2010; Th 7 April 2011.

All meetings commence at 2.15pm and will be held in the Council Chamber at Forde House, Newton Abbot.
