Teignbridge District: Proposed Construction and Operation of Materials Recovery Facility for Inert Construction and Demolition Wastes; Construction and Operation of Incinerator Bottom Ash Processing facility; Removal of Dolerite Outcrop and Filling Quarry with Dolerite and Inert Material to a Depth of 60mAOD to Facilitate Storage of Recycled Materials with Associated Site Engineering and Infrastructure at Whitecleaves Quarry, Plymouth Road, Buckfastleigh

Head of Planning, Transportation and Environment to report on the receipt of the above application.

It is recommended that Members visit the application site in order for them to view the existing operations and development on the site and the proposed arrangement of new operations and activities in advance of the determination of the application. In particular, it will assist them in assessing the nature and extent of the visual, traffic, noise, ecological and other environmental and amenity impacts.

East Devon District: Provision of a New Cycle/Walkway as part of the Stop Line Way, Consisting of a 3 Metre Wide Tarmac Path with Associated Fencing and Drainage at Land between Seaton and Colyford on the Western Side of the River Axe

Development Management Committee Public Participation

Any member of the public resident in the administrative area of the county of Devon may make a presentation to the Committee on a planning application being considered by the Committee, or any consultation on a proposal by a Government Department (but not when the County Council is consulted on a proposal by a District Council) or a Review of Old Minerals Permissions applications.
