Registers of Members Interests
In accordance with the requirements of the Members’ Code of Conduct adopted by the County Council, all County Councillors are required to provide a record of their interests in a public register and must also declare any interest in any matter being discussed at a meeting. The code is published at part 6 of the Council’s Constitution.
The Registers of Members Interest’s can be viewed here. It is also available for inspection at the Chief Executive’s Directorate at County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter (Telephone: 01392 382300) between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm on Mondays to Thursdays and 9.30am and 3.30pm on Fridays, free of charge.
Details of any Interests declared by Members at meetings of the Council, the Cabinet or any Committee are also recorded in the Minutes of those meetings which are available on the Councils Website at (http://www.devon.gov.uk/dcc/committee/mingifs.html)
