The DCC Corporate Mentoring Project is a scheme in Devon County Council for children in care and care leavers.
What is mentoring?
Mentoring can help give a young person:
- encouragement
- support
- a positive agenda
- motivation
- a chance to set goals
- an independent role model
- an opportunity to try new activities, skills and have fun.
