The report on the State of the Devon Economy (356KB - pdf help) is published by Devon County Council's Economy Unit and has been revised and updated in January 2007.

The report provides a snapshot of the trends taking place within the county's economy, some of the causative factors behind these trends and highlights the economic variations across this large county. Some comparisons are given with national and regional trends and with other counties. Data is derived from a variety of sources, nationally, regionally and locally.
