Buy With Confidence
Devon County Council Trading Standards Service has introduced the Buy With Confidence Scheme in an attempt to promote the highest standards of trading in the County of Devon.
Businesses who become members of the Scheme will undertake to operate their business in a legal, honest and fair way. They will also offer a customer-friendly service and respond to complaints in a constructive manner. So if you want to search for a member or find out more about the scheme then keep reading!
CustomerFirst merges with Buy With Confidence
The merger of the two schemes is a natural progression and, with more 20 authorities across Southern England already running the schemes and many more set to join, the merger will make Buy With Confidence the largest Trading Standards Assured Trader Scheme in the country. Business members already exceed 2000, with numbers increasing on a weekly basis.
