Disability Registration
Every Local Authority is required by law to maintain a Register of People with Disabilities (referred to in legislation as the 'Handicapped Persons Register').
By maintaining a Register, we can start to recognise what your needs are. It enables us to identify people in Devon with particular needs and to plan services.
