Devon County Council

Devon Reinvestment Service operated from 2003 to 2009 as a partnership programme between Devon County Council, Wessex Reinvestment Trust & Business in the Community.

It provided practical support to community groups in Devon to develop community facilities.  The service included project consultancy, financial advice, training and access to professional expertise through the Devon ProHelp Scheme.

Devon Reinvestment Service is no longer active but the DRS toolkit remains as a legacy of our work to support community groups with aspirations to develop community assets.
