Car Park Rules
The specific rules relating to the use of the car park are detailed in a separate document. By entering and using the CPMS website you are also deemed to have read and accepted the Car Park Rules. DCC may modify these Car Park Rules from time to time. We will highlight any changes we make to the Car Park Rules but your continued use of this website following such change demonstrates your agreement to be bound by the modified Car Park Rules.
Limitation of liability
Whilst DCC endeavours to ensure that the website is normally available 24 hours a day, DCC will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Access to all or any part of the website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond DCC’s control.
DCC takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the website is properly functioning at all times but DCC does not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this website or the server that makes it available are free of software viruses or bugs or other defects.

- To ensure that any car parking credits that you purchase are credited to your car parking account.

- To allow the car park management staff to answer your queries relating to your car parking account and status.

We will not pass any of your personal information to any third party.

We have measures in place to protect data under our control from unauthorized access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction or accidental loss. We also protect your information by requiring that all our employees and others who have access to or are associated with the processing of your data to respect your confidentiality.

If we make any changes to our Privacy Policy we will post these changes here. However, if we make material changes to the way we use your personal information we will ask for your consent before we do so.
Payment details
We do not hold any details relating to your payment card.
Refunds
Refunds will not be made on unused car park credits in any circumstances including, but not limited to, retirement, change of employment, dismissal, long term absence, annual leave, cessation of car use or change of employment location, with the exception of settlement of a deceased estate.
Security
Your login ID and password allow access to the website. You are responsible for all activities executed under your login ID and password and are the only one who may use it. To meet this responsibility, you agree to keep your login ID and password confidential. Allowing another person to use your login ID and passwords, using a login ID and password assigned to another person, or attempting to gain access to resources for which you are not authorised is a serious breach of these terms.
Access to the administration areas of the Website is restricted to authorised users ONLY. Unauthorised access may incur disciplinary action. YOU ARE ONLY PERMITTED ACCESS TO RESTRICTED SECTIONS OF THE WEBSITE IF YOU ARE AN AUTHORISED USER.
