Cycle training for children and adults is now being rolled out across the city.

Training programmes include:

• Learning to cycle for new starters
• Brushing up on cycling skills or gaining more confidence on the road
• Helping to organise cycle training in workplaces
• Running Bikeability courses in schools (160KB - pdf help)
• Saturday & Holiday club (353KB - pdf help) courses for children
• "Cycle to Your Heart's Content" - adult cycle courses
• One-to-one adult training (1.73MB - pdf help)
• Fit2Ride - a self-help guide for adults and children who want to learn to cycle
• Recruiting volunteers to become cycle trainers themselves
