Devon Catering & Cleaning Services (DCCS), a department of Devon County Council, is responsible for catering services to both the County Council and Torbay Council.

We employ around 900 front line catering staff, who create and serve 45,000 meals each working day, to primary and secondary schools, community colleges and offices. Supported by dedicated Area Teams and headed by a strong Management Team means we deliver the very best service in what we do.

The development and promotion of healthy eating in schools, in line with nationally agreed nutrional guidelines, is a responsibility we welcome. This is reflected in our development of the Fresh Start menu for primary schools and the Life Balance menu for secondary schools. Each meeting the differing demands of both junior and senior students.

In addition to catering for education we have a specialist team catering for events. Whether you require a business lunch for five people or a garden party for a thousand guests - all the creative talent, organisational abilities and presentation skills of the DCCS Function Catering Team is at your disposal.
