What does the Audit Committee do ?

Responsibilities / Activities

• Keep under review the operation of the Council's financial and information systems; to oversee the stewardship of the Council's resources; to monitor internal and external audit performance and risk management systems and to keep under review and ensure compliance with those codes of practice and policies which relate to the Council's financial administration.
